Login to Tenant Cloud.Create an account on Tenant Cloud: If you haven't already done so, please create an account on Tenant Cloud by visiting the website and clicking on the "Sign Up" button.
Choose a property and apply: When you have found a property that interests you, click on the "Apply" button to start the application process. You will be asked to provide some basic information, such as your name, phone number, and email address.
Provide additional information: Once you have submitted the initial application, you will be asked to provide additional information, such as your employment history, income, and rental history. You can upload supporting documents, such as pay stubs and bank statements, directly to Tenant Cloud.
Wait for approval: We will review your application and contact you to let you know if you have been approved. If your application is approved, we will discuss the next steps with you, such as signing the lease agreement and paying the security deposit.
